POC (Proof of Concept) serves to highlight the benefits that TRAMA<sup>le<\/sup> can bring to your company and to allow you to test the platform and better understand how it works. <\/p>\r\n            <p>It consists of four phases: <\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n              <li>\r\n                <strong>Phase 1 \u2013<\/strong> Information gathering.\r\n              <\/li>\r\n              <li>\r\n                <strong>Phase 2 \u2013<\/strong> Generation of training content.\r\n              <\/li>\r\n              <li>\r\n                <strong>Phase 3 \u2013<\/strong> Use period: training, broadcasting, skill management, etc.\r\n              <\/li>\r\n              <li>\r\n                <strong>Phase 4 \u2013<\/strong> Conclusions and evaluation of the proof of concept.\r\n              <\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"row\">\r\n          <div class=\"col-md-12 p-t-50\"> \r\n<p>These phases, although they may undergo some modifications if deemed necessary, are usually executed as follows: <\/p>\r\n<h3>TRAMA<sup>le<\/sup> POC work plan<\/h3>\r\n            <table class=\"table-bordered table-responsive\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\r\n              <thead>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <th>POC Stages<\/th>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n              <\/thead>\r\n              <tbody>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <td colspan=\"5\">\r\n                    <h4>Phase 1 \u2013 Gathering information and designing the data structure<\/h4>\r\n                  <\/td>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <td>Visit to the workstation (or similar) chosen to carry out the POC. Collecting documents, defining the data organization structure, taking 360\u00ba photos (if applicable) for data contextualization and defining the protocol to access the platform and to manage broadcasts.<\/td>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <td colspan=\"5\">\r\n                    <h4>Phase 2 \u2013 Content validation<\/h4>\r\n                  <\/td>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <td>Validation of the training contents and the data organization structure during a face-to-face session (whenever possible) with the person(s) in charge assigned by the client.<\/td>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <td colspan=\"5\">\r\n                    <h4>Phase 3 \u2013 Training<\/h4>\r\n                  <\/td>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <td>Training day(s) with the operators who have been selected to be part of the POC. Test use of the courses created with these operators. Test use of the broadcasting system and the methodology defined for its use with a control instruction. Survey to evaluate the platform for the participants of the day.<\/td>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <td colspan=\"5\">\r\n                    <h4>Phase 4 \u2013 Conclusions<\/h4>\r\n                  <\/td>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n                <tr>\r\n                  <td>Presentation of conclusions and evaluation of the proof of concept. In case of success, definition of next steps for the rollout.<\/td>\r\n                <\/tr>\r\n              <\/tbody>\r\n            <\/table>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/article>\r\n      <article id=\"tab-puesta-marcha\" class=\"tab-pane prueba-concepto__tab-pane\">\r\n        <h2>Start up<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"row\">\r\n          <div class=\"col-md-12 p-t-10\">\r\n            <h3>Rollout \u2013 Implementation process after proof of concept.<\/h3> \r\nAfter a successful proof of concept, we proceed to the rollout phase, which consists of the following phases:\r\n\r\n<h3>Phase 1 \u2013 Deployment<\/h3> \r\n<p>A customized TRAMA<sup>le<\/sup> instance is deployed for the client, either cloud-based or on the client\u2019s own servers (On-Premise):<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Cloud:<\/strong> Free and fast implementation, in less than 48 hours.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>On-Premise:<\/strong> Requires collaboration with the client\u2019s IT department. Has an associated cost depending on complexity, but is normally completed within less than a week.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Phase 2 \u2013 Connections<\/h3> \r\n<p>If the client has other useful IT systems, they can be integrated with TRAMA<sup>le<\/sup>. Some options include:<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Connection with document management systems<\/strong> (Sharepoint, Google Drive, etc.): No additional cost.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Connection to other IT systems <\/strong>(e.g. for KPI reading or data exchange): Custom developed on demand.<\/p>\r\n<p>These integrations can be carried out at a later stage, they are not necessary from day one.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h3>Phase 3- Content creation<\/h3> \r\n<p>TRAMA<sup>le<\/sup> relies on the client\u2019s existing instructions, so there is no need to create new training material. However, there are two key tasks before starting:<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1\u00ba. Structuring of information:<\/strong> Deciding how to organize the information and linking it to the different work positions. TRAMA<sup>le<\/sup> assists the client in this process to ensure a comfortable use of the platform.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2\u00ba. Knowledge evaluation:<\/strong> Create questions to evaluate the employees\u2019 knowledge about the instructions. Clients can do this by themselves or outsource the process to TRAMA<sup>le<\/sup>, especially for the first use cases.<\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/article>\r\n
