We are excited to announce that Trama Learning has started its deployment in Tubacex Group, specifically in Tubacex Tubos Inoxidables and Aceralava. This project reaches the industrial plants of Llodio and Amurrio, where our digital solution will be made available to all employees, marking a milestone in the digital transformation of the Tubacex Group.
What does this mean for Tubacex? Primarily, the management of polyvalence will be digitalized, a key aspect that will improve operational flexibility and enable employees to perform several functions more effectively. In addition, change management will be optimized and it will ensure that all employees receive continuous on-the-job training, adapting quickly to the new processes and needs of the sector.
This implementation process, which will be led by the Human Resources department, will be rolled out gradually over the next six months. The phased approach will not only ease the transition, but will allow employees to adapt to the tool effortlessly, ensuring that Trama Learning is integrated effectively and seamlessly into day-to-day operations.
The impact of Trama Learning on Tubacex will be significant. By digitalizing polyvalence management, Tubacex not only optimizes task allocation and operational flexibility, but also increases the safety of employees while performing the tasks required in their job. This is achieved thanks to the continuous training that will be provided, adapted to the needs of each position. In this way, all workers will always be up to date with the latest procedures and regulations, which not only improves safety, but also quality and efficiency in the plant.
Javier González, Digitalization Director of Tubacex, has highlighted the importance of this collaboration, pointing out that “the Trama polyvalence management solution will allow us to improve the training of our workers, increasing safety in the performance of their work. Likewise, the help in promoting polyvalence will offer us greater flexibility to meet the needs of our plants”. This approach not only reinforces the training of the team, but also facilitates the plant’s adaptability to any operational change or challenge.
In short, this project with Tubacex represents another step forward in our mission to transform skills management in the industry. With the implementation of Trama Learning, Tubacex is taking an important step towards greater flexibility, efficiency and operational safety. We are proud to be part of this process and to contribute to a more agile and innovative future for Tubacex and its employees.
