We are pleased to announce that we have started the implementation of Tramale at CIE Vilanova, a CIE Automotive Group plant, highlighting the crucial role of digital transformation within the manufacturing industry. This collaboration is a clear example of how technology can boost operational efficiency and facilitate compliance with key regulations in specialized plants such as CIE Vilanova, dedicated to the casting of aluminum parts.
Located in Vilanova i la Geltrú, CIE Vilanova has been in business for more than 60 years and is a key part of the CIE Automotive group, which is distinguished by its innovative approach and commitment to continuous improvement. Tramale’s implementation project adds to previous successful collaborations with other companies and sections in the group, such as CIE Galfor, CIE Legazpi, and CIE Roof Systems, consolidating Tramale as a strategic partner in the digitalization process of skills management.
Tramale will provide key solutions for CIE Vilanova, transforming the skills management and certification of skills, automating crucial processes and ensuring access to documentation that is always up-to-date and accessible in real time.
With the digitalization of training and operating procedures, traceability will be improved and the risk of outdated information will be reduced, facilitating compliance with the quality and safety regulations required in the aluminum industry. This will not only optimize processes, but also guarantee the required quality and safety standards, in line with the most relevant industrial regulations.
This project, which has an estimated timeframe of three months for full implementation, is designed to improve efficiency and quality in CIE Vilanova’s production processes, ensuring that the plant has the necessary tools to adapt quickly to changes in the sector’s requirements. In addition, with Tramale, CIE Vilanova will be able to improve staff turnover and ensure that all employees are constantly trained and aligned with the most up-to-date procedures.
